In this presentation- tasting we have proposed to offer super-exclusive cavas. It is an unprecedented experience. All of them are products that are still available in the market and with a minimum of 10 years of ageing. Most are of extremely limited production. They are the '7 magnificent' of Cava. They are not all those who have crossed the limit of a decade of ageing with their lees in the bottle, but we do believe that it is a very good representation of the qualitative pyramid of DO Cava.
