He studied Sumilleria at the Escuela de Hostelería de Barcelona and Tolouse. He has worked as a sommelier in some of the most important national restaurants such as elBulli, Martin Berasategui, Mugaritz or Etxebarri, obtaining numerous international awards during his career.
