He began as a sommelier in 2006 at the MOO, becoming sommelier director of the Hotel Arts Barcelona in 2010, with 2-years foray into Ritz Carlton Chile. Upon his return, he works with chef Andreu Genestra and since the end of 2019 he leads the F&B of Santi Taura Group.
