A bar of selected wines that express the uniqueness of the soil of origin, forming a mosaic of territories and Spanish wines. The soil, from which the vines are nourished, is also an essential element of the character of each wine.

This so-called “raña” soil, is considered as the oldest soil in Europe and are resultant of the transport of materials dragged down by unchannelled waters that were then deposited at the foothills of the Central System montain chain. It is very poor, offering low yields: in surface a clay-loam texture with gravel and many pebbles, and an acid constitution and balance. Limestone subsoil.
