    How do I get to the venue?

    From the airport:

    By road: 15 kilometres away (C-31)

    Train: R2 North (Renfe), station: Barcelona-Sants

    Aerobus: direct connection to the venue

    Bus: TMB line 46 (stop: Pl. Espanya – FGC)

    Metro: line L9 Sud to the station: Torrassa and link with L1 to the station: Espanya

    Where can I find the operational, technical and logistical regulations of the show?

    The operational, technical and logistical regulations of the show are available within the exhibitor’s area (only for exhibitors) and in the Assembler’s Area of the show’s website.

    Where can I hire services for my stand?

    In the Fira Store you can find all the available services, they will have a 30% discount until 12th January, from this date the offer will be smaller and subject to stock availability.

    What are the restrictions for the construction of a stand?

    You can view the building restrictions through the exhibitor handbook, which you can access on the exhibitor portal.

    IMPORTANT: Your decorator will be able to find this document together with the Fira Barcelona Technical Regulations in the Assembler’s Area of the show’s website, as well as the information on how to manage the assembly passes.

    You will be able to consult the Regulations for the height of the construction and decoration of the stand and access the 360º view of the palace.

    How do I register for an ASSEMBLER pass?

    You can register on the salon’s website in the assembler’s area. To manage the passes valid only during assembly and disassembly of the assembly companies, they will have to access the online accreditation platform from 1st December 2025. If you have any difficulties with registration, please contact our Customer Support team who will be happy to assist you.

    How do I register for an EXHIBITOR pass?

    You can register for the exhibitor pass within the exhibitor area. Your exhibitor badge will allow you to access the fair outside of opening hours to allow preparations at your stand.

    When does the assembly of the event begin and how much time do I have to set up our stand?

    The production is from Monday 26th January to Sunday 1st February. The schedule will be continuous from 08:00 to 20:00 hours and on Sunday, 1st February, it will be continuous from 8:00 to 22:00 hours.

    Until when can I enter the palace with a vehicle during assembly?

    You can enter inside the palace by vehicle until 8:00 p.m. on Friday 30th January for the unloading of goods.

    How long can I carry out carpentry work inside the palace during assembly?

    You can carry out carpentry work or any other type of work that generates rubble inside the palace until 8:00 p.m. Friday 30th January.

    What are the dates and times of CELEBRATION for exhibitors?

    The dates of celebration are from 2 to 4 February 2026 with the following schedules:

    • Days 2 and 3 February from 08:00 to 20:00 hours
    • Day 4 February from 08:00 to 17:30 hours

     

    On Wednesday 4th February it is strictly forbidden to leave your stand, leave it unattended or without product, voluntarily and without force majeure, before 5:30 p.m. The Organization reserves the right to apply a penalty equivalent to €3,000.

    How can I get in earlier each morning to replenish goods?

    If you need to enter before exhibitor hours, go to the head of the palace to tell you which door to access and he will authorize and stamp the form (days 3 and 4).

    • Day 2 of February from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m., and product placement
    • On 3 and 4 February for the replacement of goods (with form) from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.
    What are the dates and times of CELEBRATION for visitors?

    The Visitor Celebration Schedule is as follows;

    • Days 2 and 3 of February from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
    • Day 4 of February from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
    When can I take the goods out of my stand?

    On Wednesday 4th of February, exhibitors will only be able to pick up their goods by hand from 5:30 p.m.  to 8 p.m., they will not be able to access the interior of the pavilion with vehicles or proceed to the dismantling of their stand.

    What are the dates and times of DISASSEMBLY?

    From Thursday 5th February to Saturday 7th February from 8 am to 8 pm, the interior of the palace can be accessed with vehicles.

    IMPORTANT: remember that, if you have a product that needs to be kept cold and you do not plan to take it to you on the last day of the celebration, you must contract  through Fira Store (when the collection of goods begins) the electric permanence services to keep your products cold until the date you contract

    IMPORTANT: If you have any doubts regarding the general dismantling conditions, please refer to the Fira Barcelona Technical Regulations that you will find in the Exhibitor’s Area (AEX) and in the Assembler’s Area.

    Is there surveillance of exhibition areas and customer assets?

    During the assembly, celebration and dismantling periods, Fira de Barcelona will be responsible for general surveillance.

    Fira de Barcelona  will NOT be responsible for the theft or theft of the materials and objects placed in the stands. The surveillance and security of each client’s private belongings is the sole responsibility of each client.

    In the event that a customer wishes to have a private surveillance service for their stand or contract the storage service, they can do so through the Fira Store catalogue  and make the purchase directly on the website.

    Registration process

    #1 Access the platform

    1. Contractor's pass

    Select your pass (#A) and create your account. If you already have a username because you have logged in before, log in directly (#B).

    * Special passes with code

    If you have a code that gives you access to the special passes, enter it in the checkbox (#C) and validate it.

    #2 Apply for your or your team members' pass

    1. Enter your details (#A) and exhibitor’s details (Name and stand) (#B).
    2. Credit your entire team in the option: “If you need to accredit more users” (#C)
      • You will need the following information from the new user: name, surname and DNI (NIE / Passport).
      • Enter their e-mail address if you want them to receive the pass via e-mail.
      • If you are already a user of previous editions or another trade fair, you don’t need to register your team again. Retrieve the list on the platform and select the members who will participate in the assembly of this trade fair.

    #3 Don't forget to accept the conditions of participation!

    Accept the Privacy Policy and the mandatory daily waste removal and click Continue.

    #4 And finally, verify your details

    Check that the details entered are correct, download the occupational hazard information document for full details and accept the terms. If everything is OK, all you have to do is click on the confirmation option. If you identify any errors, correct them using the back option.
