    General inquiries

    I would like to participate in the organization's invited buyers’ programme. What should I do?

    Check the details and requirements of the organization’s Buyers Programs:

    You can register for the programme that best fits your profile within the designated period.

    Do you have parking available during the event period?

    Only visitors (excluding exhibitors) of Barcelona Wine Week will have access to exclusive parking rates by presenting their badge at the Parking of Las Arenas (see location).

    Exhibitors will have exclusive parking for their use during the build-up, fair, and dismantling periods. The location and conditions will be communicated by the organization through official channels and platforms (Exhibitors’ Area).

    What are the opening hours for visitors?

    Will there be a cloakroom service?

    The organization will provide cloakroom services inside pavilions 1 and 8. Price per item: €3 (VAT included).

    *Certain profiles will have access to this service free of charge.

    Will there be WiFi in the venue?

    Barcelona Wine Week will offer free WiFi to visitors (5GH technology). The access information will be displayed in the venue during the event days.

    Can I enter the venue with minors?

    Minors under 18 years old are not allowed entry. Exceptionally, the organization will permit entry to women with infants up to one (1) year old to support work-life balance for female professionals in the sector.

    Where can I download the exhibitor list and view the products?

    The exhibitor catalog is available on the official BWW website (at the top of the page). You can use the filters to find exhibitors and/or products of interest.

    The exhibitor catalog is not available in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets format.

    Registrations (incl. Codes and Invitations)

    Where can I buy my badge?

    You can purchase your badge to the fair through the official website.

    We recommend purchasing your badge in advance and online to take advantage of discounts.

    I received an invitation (link/promo code). How do I redeem it?

    Check our Guide for Using Links/Codes. Once the invitation is redeemed, you can access it in digital format through the fair’s APP.

    After completing the registration, you will automatically receive your badge in PDF format for printing.

    Can I register more than one person?

    No, it is not possible to register a group of visitors under the same badge type (1 day / 3 days). Each attendee must register independently using their own email—never using the same email as another attendee.

    Additionally, the purchase of activities must be done individually (this action can be performed after obtaining your badge).

    I am having trouble completing the registration process. What should I do?

    Where is my badge?

    Download the fair’s APP for quick and efficient access to your digital badge. You can also log into your registered user area to access your badge in PDF format.

    How can I request my badge as Press/Content Creator?

    Barcelona Wine Week offers specialized programs for Press and Content Creator profiles. Find all related information here.

    Is it mandatory to print the badge to access the venue?

    No, printing the badge is not mandatory for entry. However, you must always have it available in digital format for access.

    The badge/pass is personal and non-transferable. It must always be available, either printed or in digital format.

    I completed my registration but have not received my badge. What happened?

    You may have started the accreditation process but not completed it. To resolve this, log in to your user area and complete the registration by following the system instructions.

     

    Some profiles, such as Hosted Buyer, Key Buyer, etc., require prior validation, so you must wait for the organization’s response.

    I have a 1-day badge but want to attend more days. What should I do?

    If you have a 1-day badge and wish to attend more days, you must visit the official BWW website and purchase an additional 1-day Visitor badge (for an alternate day) or a 3-day Visitor badge.

    Once the process is completed, you will receive your new badge via email, and it will also be available in your Registered User Area.

    Do I need to reprint/download my badge if I add products/activities?

    Yes, it is important to print/download the badge again. The only valid badge will be the latest one you receive.

    You can also download it anytime from the Registered Users Area of Barcelona Wine Week.

    How do I access the Registered Users Area?

    On our web you will find a direct link to the Registered Users Area (upper right corner). Enter your username and password. Your username is the email used during registration. If you forget your password, the system allows you to reset it.

    I am already registered. How can I access my badge?

    You can download your badge by logging in with your username and password to the fair’s Registered Users Area, where it will always be available.

    How can I access my invoice?

    Access the Registered Users Area, where invoices are available in the ‘Invoices’ section. If your company’s tax details do not appear on the invoice, you can manually add them within the same section

    Payments, refunds and modifications

    You can purchase your pass using a credit or debit card.

    Our payment gateway currently supports most payment processors (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.).

    Can I change the date of my badge?

    Once the registration process is completed, it is not possible to modify the badge type or date. Check the fair’s regulations here.

    Can I request a refund for my badge and/or activity?

    Following the organization’s policy, refunds are not accepted for any purchased badges and/or activities.

    App

    When will the app be available?

    The app will be available starting January 2026.

    If you cannot find the APP in the App Store/Play Store, you can directly download it through the following link.

    *The app must be updated. If it is not up to date, you will need to perform this action by accessing the Play Store or App Store.

    I can't log in to the app.

    Make sure to enter your credentials correctly when logging in (the same credentials you used when obtaining your accreditation). You also have the option to log in by requesting a one-time use code. You will receive a one-time use code via email. Enter the code received in the app to log in.

    If you wish to recover your password, you can reset it by selecting the “Recover password” option.

    Are there any travel discounts for Exhibitors and Visitors?

    Barcelona Wine Week offers exclusive discounts for visitors and exhibitors wishing to use Renfe’s transportation service.
    You can access these discounts once you are registered as an exhibitor, or as a visitor after completing the purchasing process (Registered Users Area, Visa and Travel Section).

    I am an international visitor and need a visa for Spain, how can I get an Invitation Letter?

    Barcelona Wine Week offers the possibility of issuing an Invitation Letter to accredited attendees, which you can use to request a travel visa for Spain at your consulate during the fair’s dates.

    Once the registration and badge purchase process is completed, you will find the application form for the Invitation Letter in the Registered Users Area, Visa and Travel Section.

    How can I get to the Fira Montjuïc venue?

    Can I access the venue with my pet?

    Entry with animals is not allowed, except for legally permitted cases.

    Can I enter with my electric scooter?

    Bicycles, scooters, skateboards, and similar items are not allowed inside the venue.

    Can I buy exhibitor products at the fair?

    Barcelona Wine Week is a professional trade fair where direct product sales are not allowed. Street vending is also prohibited.

    Can I attend if I am not a professional in the wine industry and/or Horeca sector?

    Access to the Barcelona Wine Week fair is exclusive to professionals from the wine sector, including both production and commercialization of all types of wine products and related services, as well as the Horeca sector.

    To ensure the highest professional quality of the attendees, they must be able to prove that they are currently working for commercial entities that buy, sell, or provide services to the relevant industry.

    For this reason, Barcelona Wine Week will implement an attendee qualification process (for both accredited professionals and invited guests), through which the organization may request accreditation of their commercial activity.

    We are a school/university, what should we do to visit the fair?

    Barcelona Wine Week offers a dedicated school programme for students currently studying fields related to the wine industry.

    Can I purchase activities inside the venue?

    As long as tickets are available, they can be purchased online or at the sales points set up at the activities themselves.
