    During celebration, the restaurant #BWWGastronomy Food & Wine Restaurant will surprise us every day with a unique cuisine. Through exquisite tapas and dishes, you will have the oportunity to explore the authentic flavors of signature cuisine and traditional cuisine.

    CATALINA GAVÁ MAR

    Oscar & Nicole Manresa
    Father and daughter name this estate in Gavà (Barcelona) as Catalina in homage to the matriarch of the family. In the kitchen, we have chef Albert Pujols and in the dining room, Sergi Codina along with Víctor Juárez. A team of professionals who give shape, substance, and flavor, and who propose a menu designed for sharing. Their proposal reflects the surroundings with dishes where the product takes center stage: grilled meats and fish, impressive rice dishes, and a selection of appetizers with a special corner reserved for vegetables.

    Dani García
    Leña breaks away from tradition to take a step further. An impeccable job with the product, grilled in the most honest and respectful way, but with that cosmopolitan touch that the chef has incorporated into the kitchen thanks to his travels around the world. Their menu is a perfect balance between product and technique: vegetable starters, grilled, yakipinchos, or putting all the wood on the grill to show you the best of the products.

    Tapas24 is a tribute to our traditional tapas, those from Barcelona and from all over the country. A place where the atmosphere, the ambiance, and the customer service recreate our gastronomic church. An exaltation of our most popular gastronomy, our most traditional dishes, and our bars, the place where we always manage to be happy sharing moments and bites.

    FOOD AND WINE PAIRINGS BY CÉSAR CÁNOVAS

    César Cánovas, National Gastronomy Award 2012, Spain’s Sommelier Champion 2002 and 2005, Best Sommelier of Spain Ruinart Trophy 2001 and 2004, will create an exclusive selection of wines for #BWWGASTRONOMY FOOD & WINE RESTAURANT to pair with each of the restaurant’s dishes.
