Exibis: Pla de Bages wines with native grapes and organic viticulture
As part of Barcelona Wine Week, a special tasting will take place led by Joan Soler, founder, co-owner and winemaker of Exibis (Can Serra dels Exibis Viticultors), a family project based in the DO Pla de Bages. The winery follows a philosophy of respect for nature, working with organic viticulture and biodynamic practices, while reviving the winemaking heritage of the historic Can Serra dels Exibis estate. Their focus on native grape varieties such as Sumoll, Mandó and Picapoll results in fresh, characterful wines with a strong sense of place. The tasting will feature four wines: Les Tines, La Baula, La Rasa and Valentina. Limited capacity: 18 people.
