    BWW Likes the city! goes beyond the fair and impregnates the whole city with wine, allying itself with sectors such as restaurants, commerce, culture and leisure.

    Given that BWW is an exclusively professional event, BWW Likes the city! allows to bring the event closer to the final public, making them participants of all the experiences that wine and the city can offer.

    Helping to enhance and disseminate the value of wine culture

    Thanks to the different activities of the program, we help to disseminate wine culture and bring the product closer to the final public, helping to increase awareness and promote responsible and moderate consumption.

    Where can you participate?

    RESTAURANTS & WINE BARS

    The establishments participating in the initiative will offer tastings, tastings, tastings with pairings, etc., to the participants. The wines must belong to wineries participating in the fair.

    HOTELS & HOTEL WINE FEST

    The main Spanish Denominations of Origin will disembark in the most emblematic hotels of the city, becoming its headquarters.

    HISTORICAL & CULTURAL SPACES

    Participants will be able to enjoy exclusive wine experiences in unique settings in the city: monuments, museums, theaters, etc.

    MUSIC VENUES AND SHOWS

    The participating venues will offer musical experiences paired with wine.

    What experiences do we offer?

    Welcome glass

    A "welcome glass" is offered on the occasion of the celebration of the international wine fair Barcelona Wine Week.

    Classic wine tasting

    A classic wine tasting is offered, which allows you to taste a careful selection of wines, guided by an expert in the field.

    Blind tasting

    A blind wine tasting is offered, which allows a series of wines to be tasted without knowing their identity. The bottles are presented anonymously, and the tasting is guided by an expert in the field.

    Vertical tasting

    A vertical wine tasting is offered, which allows tasting and comparing different vintages of the same reference. The tasting is guided by an expert in the field.

    Paired tapa

    A paired tapa/s will be offered. The design of the pairing between the tapa and the wine must be exclusive for the occasion.

    BWW Menu

    An ad hoc menu is designed for the program. Dishes or small dishes paired with different wines. The harmonies will provide attendees with an exceptional and exclusive enogastronomic experience.

    Masterclass/ Workshop

    A masterclass or workshop led by an expert in the field is offered.

    BWW Likes The City! Corner

    Corner enabled in a space intended for wine service. The formats of this corner can be varied: foodtracks, packs of different materials, etc. They can also include different types of animation.
