Palo Santo is a very cozy restaurant with a Mediterranean soul, located in the heart of Barcelona’s Gothic Quarter. Its market-fresh cuisine focuses on local products. On the occasion of BWW, it has prepared a BWW menu paired with a 2024 Albariño white wine from Bodegas Fillaboa. A 100% Albariño of high intensity, with aromas of ripe fruits, pineapple, apple, and citrus. In short, a very honest and aromatic white wine with pleasant fermentation notes, medium-high acidity well integrated, and full of nuances.
