Tapa created for the BWW in the Cafè del Centre and paired with a wine from La Soterraña.
The Cafè del Centre restaurant, originally opened in 1873 to be a casino, stands out for being one of the oldest active modernist cafes in Barcelona. Café del Center will pair a very special tapa for BWW week. The wine that will accompany the tapa is the Eresma+ Sauvignon over Lías from the La Soterraña winery.
