Signature cuisine restaurant with roots, technical precision and emotion combined with quality products and which finds the perfect balance with Jaume Giró and Giró’s long-aged cavas. Jaume Giró i Giró is a century-old winery in Sant Sadurní d’Anoia that will pair the excellent menu created especially during Wine week. A perfect experience where cava stops being just a celebration to become a gastronomic language. Frank Merten of cavas Juame GIró will guide diners through a sensory journey where technique and emotion intertwine and give meaning to the pairing. The cavas selected for the occasion are: the Trepat de Cal Neri brut, the Nature Meravellos brut and the Baron Merten cava.
