    Biography

    Agricultural engineer with two master’s degrees in oenology and agroecology. Sara is the granddaughter of winegrowers who used to sell their grapes to the San Martín de Unx cooperative. Since 2022, she has been making wine at Casa Genara, her winery, with a clear objective: to help preserve her family’s vineyards and those of her village.
