For the BWW he has prepared a tapa that consists of a bao paired with a wine from the Montrubí winery. The wine chosen for the tapa is Black Montrubí, a 100% red Grenache from Penedès that stands out for its expressive red and wild fruit, strawberries, plums and raspberries accompanied by delicate floral notes of violet that promise a vibrant finish in the mouth.
