    The Gessato red vermouth is the star of this cocktail tasting, featuring exclusive creations by one of the most renowned bartenders, Diego Baud.
    The first cocktail, Gessato, is made with Gessato Vermouth, sparkling water, and grapefruit foam. It is followed by Bubbly Gessato, a cocktail that combines the protagonist, Gessato Vermouth, with tonic water, tequila, and a Manchego cheese crisp. To finish, Coffee-Smoke blends Gessato Vermouth with mezcal, coffee-infused Campari, and Cynar.

    The tasting will continue with the presentation of Antich Doble Planta, the first vermouth from Barcelona designed specifically for classic cocktail making, which will be tasted first on its own and then in a cocktail, in order to understand its structure, balance, and adaptability behind the bar.
