Tapas with a glass and wine pairing featuring Maria Rigol Ordi and Albamar at Eldelmar – Hermanos Torres
To celebrate Barcelona Wine Week, Eldelmar – Hermanos Torres presents an informal activation designed to enjoy gastronomy and wine through a selection of tapas with wine pairing included. Each tapa is served with a different glass of wine, carefully chosen to complement each dish. The selection features a Utah Beach oyster with tomato water, piparra pepper and biquinho chilli, paired with María Rigol Ordi Gran Reserva and scallop with leek cream, citrus-osmosed cucumber and Iberian pancetta, paired with Albamar PAI.
