Dominio d'Echauz is a 787-hectare estate located in the Ribera del Duero region of Soria, at an altitude of 1,000 meters. Within its 130 hectares of vineyards lies the "Basajaun Collection," a recovery of over 16,000 ancestral biotypes of grape varieties recovered in Spain.
This recovery effort aims to preserve this genetic heritage so that future generations can continue to benefit from it. This presentation and tasting offer a unique journey that connects its precision commercial wines with the purity of its biotype wines, revealing their most authentic identity and highlighting a key element of the terroir: the plant material.
