This is not just a tasting. It is the presentation of a collective brand born from a village and its way of understanding wine within the D.O. Navarra. San Martín de Unx. El Vino de los Aromas is the expression of a territory, a community, and a way of caring for the vineyard and allowing the wine to emerge in its own way. Through different projects from the village, the tasting offers a journey where aroma becomes identity: rosemary, thyme, stone, and the north wind. Not as technique, but as bottled memory and truth. A collective voice that brings together people, vineyards, and perspectives to show how a village speaks through wine. Nothing more authentic. Our way.
