After at least 10 years of ageing, these wines demonstrate an extraordinary ability to defy the passage of time, preserving their balance, freshness and depth. Through a selection of aged sweet wines, we will explore their origins, evolution and complexity, as well as the emotion inspired by their remarkable ability to endure.
