In this session, we will explore different evolutionary paths and optimal drinking windows through seven wines from the Artisan Wine Attraction collective. Not all wines reach their peak at the same time, nor is it the same for a winery to release them after a few years of ageing as it is to have carefully cellared and matured them on-site. A tasting rooted in observation and experience, offering valuable insights into how time shapes the expression and ageing potential of each wine.
