A tasting to understand what makes a Cava a long-aged wine. Six Cavas, three decisions: the vineyard’s origin, the different paths of ageing and the timing of disgorgement, and the evolution that time reveals in the glass.

The producers will explain what they set out to achieve when creating these wines and how that original intention has evolved over the years. An exploration of the origins and craftsmanship that define each bottle.
