A tasting-harmony of Cavas de Guarda Superior directed by Agustín Trapero, a sommelier of national and international reference, harmonised with the gastronomy of one of the restaurants that has recently been awarded Michelin Stars and Carlos Casillas de Barro (Ávila), with a proposal based on the transmission of the gastronomic and cultural heritage of the area through the product, its history and its origin.
