    A top-level tasting with three renowned Masters of Wine, prestigious national and international prescribers, where the commercial impact of Spanish wineries will be analyzed. This session will invite reflection on whether the sector’s reputation is rooted in loyalty to tradition, with the cultural and family heritage it entails, or in the capacity for innovation and adaptation to new market trends. It will also highlight how both factors, often complementary, shape the path to success and consolidate the prestige of Spanish wine in the demanding and competitive global market.

    Enoalma by enoAula & BWW pays a heartfelt tribute to Victoria Ibañez, whose untimely passing at the age of 52 has left a deep void in the world of wine. A renowned sommelier and vice president of the Catalan Sommeliers Association, Victoria earned a degree in Communication Sciences, but soon chose to follow the calling of her true passion: gastronomy and the wine universe, interests that had been with her since her youth. With that spirit, she graduated as a sommelier from the Barcelona School of Hospitality, embarking on a long and distinguished career that we now remember with admiration, gratitude, and deep sorrow for her absence.
