    Biography

    Professor of Criminal Law and Criminology, as well as author and co-author of several landmark works on Spanish wines. He received the National Gastronomy Award “Memorial Marqués de Busianos” 2006 and the “Memorial Víctor de la Serna” award 2013.

In this tasting, we’ll meet three men with no family ties to the vineyard nor formal winemaking training, who left everything behind to follow their intuition and create wines with a soul of their own. Each bottle tells a story of reinvention and authenticity, where the land speaks with freshness and freedom. Let’s discover together these projects that prove that sometimes, being an outsider is the best way to belong.
