Biography

Sixth-generation oenologist. Son of Antonio Sanz, a key figure in Rueda. Graduated from the Univ. of Vine and Wine (Madrid and Bordeaux). Pioneer in organic farming and in the Verdeja variety in Castilla y León.

Three young winemakers will share their experiences leading projects born from family heritage or independent renewal, whether by taking over the legacy of previous generations or creating new wineries shaped by their own vision. Through their journeys, they will reflect on how they reinterpret tradition, address the current challenges of the wine sector, and leave their personal mark on a constantly evolving world. Tasting of wines that showcase how each winery expresses its identity in the present and projects its vision for the future.
