Sommelier from the University of Girona, he worked at El Celler de Can Roca. He was recognised as Best Sommelier in Andalusia 2021 by ABC. In 2018, he and Camila founded the Sobretablas restaurant in Seville, whose wine list won the Solera Award.Sessions
