How has wine prescription evolved?

Wine prescriptions remain crucial. Consumers seek advice and are guided by those they have chosen as their references: media outlets, guides, competitions, and critics. But recently, wine prescriptions have diversified, and in addition to traditional channels, we are discovering a new universe through social media. There is a new way of prescribing wine, with very diverse influences, both among winemakers and among consumers themselves.
