Enoalma by enoAula & BWW pays a heartfelt tribute to Victoria Ibañez, whose untimely passing at the age of 52 has left a deep void in the world of wine. A renowned sommelier and vice president of the Catalan Sommeliers Association, Victoria earned a degree in Communication Sciences, but soon chose to follow the calling of her true passion: gastronomy and the wine universe, interests that had been with her since her youth. With that spirit, she graduated as a sommelier from the Barcelona School of Hospitality, embarking on a long and distinguished career that we now remember with admiration, gratitude, and deep sorrow for her absence.

In addition, each winery integrates the vision of the partners, the management of the governing council and the professional expertise in the production and marketing of wine.
