We will discover the evolution of exceptional long-aged sparkling wines, with a minimum of 10 years of ageing or several years since disgorgement, following their ageing on lees. Through this diversity of sparkling wines from a shared region, we will explore how time influences their expression, harmony and ability to evoke emotion.
